1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pak33 platform at https://pak33.vu, downloading the pak33 app, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pak33.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. We strongly recommend reading through all sections before registering. Registering an account is your confirmation that you accept these terms without reservation.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions that may be published separately on the pak33 platform. In the event of any conflict, the more specific rule will take precedence for that particular situation.

2 Eligibility

To use pak33, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak33 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pak33 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not have previously had a pak33 account that was suspended or permanently closed for violations of these terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

pak33 reserves the right to request identity documents including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification at any time as part of account verification. Providing false information during registration or verification is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any winnings or withdrawals processed to incorrect payment details provided at registration are your responsibility.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pak33 support immediately.
• pak33 employees will never ask for your full password. Be alert to phishing attempts.

Account registration is available to eligible individuals only. pak33 does not currently accept registrations from corporate entities or groups. The account must be operated by the natural person named during registration.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on pak33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak33 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• Deposits are typically credited to your pak33 wallet promptly after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary by payment method and provider.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pak33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits made in error or through the wrong channel may be subject to a returns process — contact support with full transaction details.

pak33 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds at any time, particularly for large or unusual transactions. This is standard practice and is done to protect all players on the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and to ensure funds are returned to the verified account holder. • Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pak33 may request CNIC or other documentation before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a threshold amount.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in your account cashier.
• pak33 does not charge withdrawal fees from its end, though your payment provider may deduct their own charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, credit cards not used for deposits, or unverified payment methods.

pak33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. One bonus per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each bonus is listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• pak33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic betting patterns, using multiple accounts, or any form of coordinated abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

7 Gameplay Rules

pak33 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, and Bingo. Each category operates under specific rules that govern how bets are placed, settled, and paid out. These rules are detailed within each game or sports section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all game types:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical error — including software faults, disconnections, or data feed failures — pak33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For Sports Betting, markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant fixture. In-play bet settlement follows real-time verified data feeds.
• For Live Casino, the decisions of the dealer and the game outcome as recorded by the live system are final. Disputes based on player perception of an outcome will not be upheld.
• For Cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series, settlement follows the official result issued by the governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the stated rules for that market.
• pak33 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for applicable game categories. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet history, account status, or any external factor.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak33. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or using more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or unintended game mechanics to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through known bugs must be reported immediately.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to obscure your location or identity on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use pak33 as a channel for illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first contacting pak33 support. Chargebacks are investigated seriously and may result in account termination.
• Abusing promotions through systematic bonus exploitation, matched betting strategies designed to bypass wagering requirements, or multi-accounting for bonus purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

pak33 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and should never be used as a way to solve financial problems or create them. The following principles underpin our approach to responsible gaming:

• Set a personal budget for gaming activity and stick to it. Only use funds you can afford to spend on entertainment.

11 Account Termination

Either you or pak33 may close your account. The process and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and why.

• Player-initiated closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms and any pending wagering requirements.
• pak33-initiated closure for cause: If your account is closed due to a violation of these terms — including fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct — pak33 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. You will be notified of the reason for closure.
• pak33-initiated closure without cause: pak33 may close or suspend any account with reasonable notice. In such cases, verified balances not subject to outstanding disputes will be returned.
• Self-exclusion: If you request a self-exclusion, your account will be suspended for the requested period. Re-opening a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has ended is not permitted under any circumstances.

12 Limitation of Liability

pak33 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The following limitations apply:

• pak33 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• pak33 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules, bonus terms, or account security best practices.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, pak33 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly, regardless of whether the original error appeared to benefit the player.
